  • What is the minimum term for the biweekly membership?
    Since we try to keep this as a longer-term membership for locals, it is a 3-month minimum term membership.
  • Do you offer student, military, or senior discounts?
    Yes, we offer discounts for students, military, and seniors. These discounts apply to our recurring membership as well as most prepaid memberships.
  • How do I obtain my key fob?
    We’ve got two ways to get your key fob, depending on your timing: Option 1: Standard Pickup After you complete your membership signup, we’ll automatically be notified and begin preparing your key fob. Once it’s ready, we’ll send you an email letting you know it’s available for pickup at your selected gym. If you arrive during staffed hours, just come in and grab it. If it’s unstaffed or no one is available when you stop by, just give us a call at (920) 765-3644 — we can remotely unlock the door and assist you. Option 2: Instant Access (Need It Right Away?) If you’re looking to grab your key fob immediately after signing up, just let us know when you’re planning to head to the gym. We’ll remotely unlock the door for you and have key fobs on the front desk. Once you grab one, simply send us the number printed on the fob, and we’ll link it directly to your account so you’re good to go.
  • How do I sign up for a gym membership online?
    1. Head over to our signup portal: 👉 Click here to join 2. Under "Filter by Club", select the Grizzly Fitness location you want to join. 3. Choose the membership option that best fits your goals. 4. Fill out your personal details. 5. Carefully read and sign the terms & conditions/waiver. 6. Enter your payment information to complete your registration.
  • Is there a cancellation notice on biweekly memberships?
    Yes, there is a 30-day cancellation notice. After you request to cancel, you will be billed for two more biweekly cycles. During this time, you will still have full access to the gym.
  • If I purchased a gym membership do I get access to all locations?
    If you are an insurance member or have purchased the Ultimate Access add-on, then yes — you will have access to all Grizzly Fitness locations. If you don’t have Ultimate Access and are not an insurance member, your membership only gives you access to the specific location you signed up for. If you’d like to switch your home location, just let us know and we can take care of that for you.
  • Do you have an app to access my account? If so, how do I access the app?
    1. Download the GymMaster Member app from the App Store or Google Play. 2. If you signed up online, you already created your login email and password — just open the app and sign in. (if you successfully signed in, skip to step 7) 3. If you signed up in person, you haven’t created a password yet. Open the app and tap “Get My Login.” 4. Enter the same email you used when signing up at the gym. 5. You’ll receive an email with a link to set up your password. 6. After you’ve created your password, return to the app and log in. 7. Once you're logged in, you’ll be able to manage everything in one place — renew your membership, update billing info, book classes, and more.
