You can get your key fob in two ways: 1. **Standard Pickup**: After signing up, we'll prepare your key fob and notify you via email when it's ready for pickup at your chosen gym. If you arrive during staffed hours, just come in and grab it. If unstaffed, call us at (920) 765-3644, and we'll remotely unlock the door. 2. **Instant Access**: If you need it immediately, let us know when you're heading to the gym. We'll remotely unlock the door, and you can grab a key fob from the front desk. Send us the number on the fob, and we'll link it to your account.
If you are an insurance member or have purchased the Ultimate Access add-on, then yes — you will have access to all Grizzly Fitness locations.
If you don’t have Ultimate Access and are not an insurance member, your membership only gives you access to the specific location you signed up for.
If you’d like to switch your home location, just let us know and we can take care of that for you.
We aim for longer-term memberships for locals, so the minimum term for a biweekly membership is 3 months.
Yes, there is a 30-day cancellation notice. After you request to cancel, you will be billed for two more biweekly cycles. During this time, you will still have full access to the gym.
Yes, we offer discounts for students, military, and seniors. These apply to both recurring and most prepaid memberships.
